The thick and the thin

Finally a LeLutka skin that agrees with me ! I know there has been half a dozen reviews made of this skin by some major bloggers prior to its release already, but I was so surprised Lola fit me I thought it was post-worthy. None of the skins of the past and current year had been working for me. Something to do with the shading, I think, that made the skins best compliment finely-chiseled, aristocratic faces of models such as Mariya Nesiote, to name but one.

Lola has next to little of that shading that in Ife works to accentuate high cheekbones, and slim down pointed faces and thin noses further, and for that reason this new skin is now thankfully more forgiving on rounder, more common faces. A nice alternative for fresh, simple looks !

Oh, and, if you want to take advantage of the tattoo layers available with each make-up option (that’s 11 lipstick colours) but don’t want to use the official SL 2.0 viewer (I know I don’t), you can use Rainbow for now instead. It supports the tattoo layers (but not the new alpha layers). I’m using the Rainbow Viewer 1.22.12 (6) SSE2GL version currently, dating from April 20.

  3. Thank you, Anya ! Though Lola looks tons better on you, aaa ! And lol, Chance, you’re cute. And observant ! ❤ I love wearing this wet t-shirt (like half the time these three years) and I like to pretend to myself that nobody can see it is see-through. Must be my closeted inner skank. :p

  5. Thank you, Isadora ! The flats are an old 2007 release from Paper Couture. The creator was Mare Lu. I don’t think they’re for sale anymore in-world or on xstreet, sadly (just looked there and didn’t find them). :)
