Yesterday Vintage McMillan put on the most fabulous and engaging fashion show performance I have seen on SL. The collection was presented in numerous parts, each set to music — Lady Gaga all the way, of course — along with minutely choreographed dancing and stage installations. Beyond the fashion, I was most impressed with the all the fun, but also the hard work and coordination that went into the performance as I watched it unfurl flawlessly, for a solid straight two hours, mind !
The closest thing to a real life concert show made in SL, I enjoyed every minute of it, and so here are 6 and a half of them I threw together in a machinima. I think there was something sweetly eccentric about putting all this together for an audience of about 10 people, as I only started filming on the spur of the moment and there had been no prior plans to record this at all. But, here goes ! And, watch out for the upcoming Epoque collection to be released sometime next week.

Thank you, Evie ! Well, it seems what I saw last week was more like the final repetition before the real thing. There’s going to be two showings this week-end, with ticket sales. The cost is very nominal, probably meant to avoid packing the sim and give priority entry to people who really are interested in seeing the show. More info here. :)
