Misses Gattina Dumpling, Horrid Twine, Putrid Gloom and Friends have gotten another Zombiefest going again, this time around the theme of “My bloody Valentine”, running from today till the 19th. Prom Night will be on both on Saturday the 6th at 7pm SLT, and on Sunday the 7th at 9am SLT, at this location. You can zombify your attire at the market set up here. All proceeds are going to the Red Cross. More details on the blog.

My most prized fashion items of the moment ! First, I was pretty thrilled last week with these new masks from Illusions. The mask and trim are colour change, and I think there are to be a few more variations to be released soon. Then, Whippet & Buck made these matching bras to go with my favourite knickers. Yay ! And finally, I’d always wanted ballets with little bows like these, but had never seen any in SL that were shaped exactly like the real life ones, that is until Ingénue made those ! Love, love them. Can’t wear anything else at the moment. ❤

I must have had a lapse of attention somewhere at some point because this new mens release that recently came out at LeLutka had not registered on my radar until the Eron skin was sent over to me the other day. Well, I’m very glad that it was ! So, a little bit afterwards, I went to the store and picked another tone for myself. I’m definitely feeling this skin and think I might very well make it my regular one for the time being. For starters, it’s right in the age bracket I like. The lips feel fresh and have the fullness of youth, but the eyes already betray countless sleepless hours (spent in front of a computer, maybe). And, I think I am quite close to completing my ideal look of an athletic, but unassuming boyish geek.

Last week, I went around the back door of Dernier Cri, and asked designer Asuka Martin for a preview of her newest skin to be released, Charlotte. Here it is in the chestnut tone, and it’s cute ! She can be worn with or without freckles, and there are 5 sets of 3 make-ups each: Dawn, Island, Other, Scene and Valley. The lips differ slightly from one to the other, and I really loved their texture and soft, pouty shape. You just wanna stare at them, and I think it might be my favourite mouth at the moment.
