The ultra successful shopping complex of yore, Armidi, is going to have its first sale on all of their stock (and more) starting tomorrow, the 20th, and ending I don’t know when. You will be able to shop on two separate sims operated by The Warehouse or on the Armidi website itself. You will be required to join an in-world group in order to partake of the sale, called “theWarehouse”. It’s open-enrolment and free (for now at least) ! I’m not sure what “final sale” means exactly; hopefully, it’s a clearance sale making way for a new collection. Read more about it for yourself here. The Armidi team has not released much since their opening in… 2007, was it ? Or maybe 2008, I forget. Anyway, their designs today not only have not aged and still hold up with the best out there but their quality even still exceeds that of the majority of the newer clothing that’s come out since on SL. So yeah, it’ll be a good occasion to plump up that wardrobe of yours, but don’t forget, don’t be a clone !

While mapstalking the other day I spotted Mister Byk amongst his posse and was completely taken with his space traveller suit (the one in the middle). It’s not finished yet, but you can buy his other Edible Bud and Knucklehead avatars already at Byk’s ! They’re really cheap and very thoroughly color-scripted. The shop is still being set-up, so there’s gotta be more ! I think these are really, really great fun.

Chair, butterflies rezzer, crayons, paintbrushes and other goofy stuff by Clementine Whitt at *bcbc*. There’s even a free crayon, paintbrush and clown paddler* in the back corner of the shop, too. Unfortunately, the chair doesn’t seem to be up for sale, but the rest is, and there’s more !

Radio Signals has set up a new installation at Mirror, called “It was a blur”. Open from July 16th, 6pm, till August 16th, you’ll want to visit and get an eyeful if you’re into all things artsy and lovely on SL. The installation also features specially created items you can buy from many of your favourite designers, among them: Apatia Hammerer, Bryn Oh, Daelia Dollinger, Jojorunoo Runo, Juliette Westerburg, Miel Nirvana, OMGWTF Barbecue, Radio Signals, Redd Columbia, Sienia Trevellion, Vintage McMillan, and many more…

I love the sculpts in this dress ! The skirt has a pretty original cut, for SL, and feels couture yet wearable. Also ! Tram, the shop I bought the dress from, put out a cute purse as a group gift today.
