I guess this week-end was another one of those blogging marathons such as I’m prone to have maybe once a month… So, I spent a portion of the evening doing Anya Ohmai’s Red Packet Hunt and it was very much worth it ! I didn’t do everything but I made sure not to miss any of the stores I like, and even bought Mother Goose’s Magoo skin in several make-ups before finding the gift one, which turned out to suit the dress even more. I am very much decked out in pinks and reds, but it doesn’t have anything (or much) to do with Valentine’s Day, it’s for the Chinese New Year !

2REAL Okelli, whose sneakers I had loved last month, has just come up with a second release, and as I expected, he got even better, and I consider him to be way up there with the top shoe makers of SL now. The new “PRO_SPEC” model I received yesterday is close to perfection. I can think of just a few brands that make hyper realistic sneakers, and he just might be topping them all here. The HUD improved where I hoped it would, now offering real textures for each part, rather than just tinting them, and resizing is done by clicking on the shoes. Also, the 2REAL logo is now more discrete. As for the shoes themselves, simply stunning ! Thank you very much, 2REAL !

There is a lot to see, and some pieces are pretty amazing. Most of all, I was completely taken with the hat that Apatia Hammerer made, under her Pig brand, which I’ve been wearing since yesterday and will likely continue to wear for some time. It’s just hilarious and awesome to have on. I already liked the idea of this bi-monthly event from Nil and Lu, but now I’m psyched it happened just so this hat would be made.  There are also some really lovely dresses, three of which I chose to wear here, but there’s more, some jewelry from LaGyo and Shade Throne, and two very sweet skins from JM:MAI that I thought complemented the outfits I wore very well.
